We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Full Time HVAC Instructor to join our faculty and positively impact the lives and careers of our students and graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and teach coursework in the HVAC program.
- Provide academic advising to students to support their educational and career goals.
- Assist the Program Director with various tasks and responsibilities.
- Participate in department training, meetings, and graduation ceremonies.
- Actively engage in retention activities to support student success.
- Manage classroom and lab activities, ensuring a productive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in the field of HVAC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- OSHA, NATE, and EPA certifications are preferred.
