Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 Base | $200,000–$300,000 OTE + Equity
Join a High-Growth Startup and Help Build the Revenue Engine
We're looking for a driven, full-cycle Account Executive to join an early-stage, high-growth SaaS company and help scale revenue beyond $10M ARR. You'll work alongside a top-performing founding AE who achieved 200% of quota and play a key role in shaping the sales motion, processes, and playbooks that fuel future growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Build and manage your pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide customers through evaluation and procurement processes.
- Partner with SDRs to generate pipeline and maximize conversion.
- Help build repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and best practices as the team scales.
- Contribute directly to the growth and evolution of the go-to-market strategy.
What We're Looking For the Required Qualification
- 2+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Consistent history of exceeding sales targets (President's Club, top performer, etc.).
- Experience working in an early-stage, high-growth startup environment (Series C/D or earlier).
- Track record of closing deals with $30K–$100K+ ACVs and 2–4 month sales cycles.
- Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into GovCon, public sector, or other highly regulated industries.
