ABOUT THE ROLE
Heads Up Irrigation is hiring motivated individuals for Installer positions. Join our growing team installing residential and commercial irrigation systems. We offer hands-on training, advancement opportunities, and a strong team environment.
INSTALLER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with installing residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Dig trenches, assemble components, and install sprinkler heads and piping
- Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Support crew leaders and installation teams
REQUIREMENTS
- No experience required
- – we will train the right candidate
- Irrigation, landscape, or mechanical experience preferred for technician role
- Valid driver's license preferred (required for service technician)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Friendly, Reliable, hardworking, and motivated

- Sign-on bonus: $250–$1000 based on position and experience (Paid in milestones based on performance and retention)
