Head Start Preschool Temp/Part Time Teacher Aide – Sardis Head Start Center
Starting Wage:
- $14.57 per hour with CDA
- $14.85 per hour with Associate's Degree
16-20 Hours per week; Monday - Thursday, Fridays as needed
42 weeks per year
**Position will begin on August 10, 2026
Major Responsibilities:
To assist the teacher in providing care, supervision and teaching for a group of children in the Head Start Preschool classroom setting.
Classes consists of 15 children ages 3-5 years old.
Other duties may be required and assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Pre-K Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).
- An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development is preferred.
