Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed individual and company sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences

Build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized service

Follow all company policies and procedures, including pricing, signing, and loss prevention protocols

Tactfully address conflicts, identify concerns, and commit to positive solutions

Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and maintaining visual displays, and general housekeeping to ensure an inspiring store environment

Support in processing and replenishing merchandise

Qualifications:
