We are a high volume, fast paced, well known- family restaurant. We are looking for motivated individuals to fill line cook positions. There are 4 stations : #1 Sautée Station (pasta dishes, baked dishes, cooking chicken and fish, preparing and toasting subs etc) #2 Fryer Station ( Cook fries, calamari, chicken tenders, wings etc) #3Pizza prep station (preperare pizzas to order, hand toss dough, make calzones and Strombolis etc) #4 Oven (in charge of taking out ALL dishes placed in oven and making sure each dish that requires rolls gets them etc)
Line cook duties would be :
Running fryers
Pasta
Sautée
Prepare grill items
You would be trained in all 4 stations so you could adequately maneuver where needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
