Job Location: Toole, UT (West Salt Lake City, UT)
Salary: $120k-$150k + Bonus + Vehicle, etc.
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as a Superintendent on projects related to Commercial, Industrial, or related
This is a full time/ permanent position with a 200-person general contractor specializing in commercial construction projects. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for a Superintendent with either Ground-up and/or TI commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish

Develop and manage the project schedule

Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
-
Monitor Construction progress
-
Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
Qualifications:

5+ Years Experience as a Superintendent
-
Experience on TI and/or ground-up Commercial projects
-
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
