Job Summary
Aloha Snow is Heritage Park, Nibley. We are seeking friendly and efficient Snow Cone Makers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service while handling transactions accurately and efficiently. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with their selections.
- Operate the register, processing payments quickly and accurately.
- Handle food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shack.
- Upsell items to enhance guest experience.
Experience
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on helping customers and providing excellent service.
