Role Description:
Kibble Pet Grooming is looking for a full-time Professional Pet Stylist to work onsite at our location in Dallas, TX. The Professional Pet Stylist is responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to dogs of all sizes and breeds. Day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to: washing, drying, brushing, trimming, clipping, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and styling dogs according to breed standards and owner specifications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Dog Groomer (minimum of 1 year preferred)
- Ability to demonstrate grooming skills with a wide range of dog breeds
- Excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with both dogs and their owners
- Knowledge of breed-specific cuts and styles, as well as creative grooming techniques
- Experience with using grooming and styling equipment such as clippers, shears, brushes, dryers, and shampoos
- Ability to handle and work with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Willingness to learn new grooming techniques and styles, and keep up-to-date with industry trends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification from a grooming school or training program is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
