About Magna Legion
Magna Legion LLC is building a network of highly qualified language instructors to support online foreign language training programs for government and professional learners. We are currently seeking an experienced Program Lead to support a potential federal language instruction contract.
Position Summary
The Program Lead will oversee the management of a multilingual online language instruction program, including instructor recruitment, instructor development, scheduling coordination, quality control, and operational support.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing distance learning programs, foreign language instruction teams, online synchronous learning environments, and multi-language instructor operations.
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a foreign language distance learning program
- Experience recruiting, developing, and scheduling foreign language instructors across 10 or more languages
- Experience overseeing instructor management and user activity in an online synchronous learning environment
- Strong knowledge of online language instruction, scheduling, instructor coordination, and learner support
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to support a government-contract environment and meet documentation/reporting requirements
Highly Desired Qualifications
- Experience in foreign language instruction
- Experience with federal, military, DoD, or government training programs
- PMP certification or project management experience
- Experience with ILR, ACTFL, DLPT, OPI, or proficiency-based language training
- Experience managing remote instructors across multiple time zones
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead manager for online foreign language instructional operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and certification of language instructors
- Coordinate instructor availability and scheduling across multiple languages and time zones
- Help ensure instructional quality and program compliance
- Support course delivery, reporting, documentation, and communication processes
- Work with leadership to maintain operational readiness for a potential federal contract
