Element Elite LLC is a locally owned general contracting business based in East Idaho.
We’re busy and growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to assist with general labor projects throughout the summer month. This is a 1099 position with consistent work available. Opportunity for ongoing, long-term work for the right individual.

Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites (help with longer-distance travel available)
- Valid Drivers license
- Must show up on time and ready to work
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday, some Saturdays as needed
- 1099 position – you’re responsible for your own taxes
- Having your own tools is preferred (tools can be supplied if needed)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Experience in construction, carpentry, or concrete is a plus
Pay
- Competitive performance-based pay depending on skill, work ethic, and reliability.
- We pay fairly for East Idaho standards, but this job is for workers who are quick, efficient, and dependable — not those expecting top pay without top performance
Duties
- Assist with all phases of residential construction
- Concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
- Deck framing and construction
- Kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Basement finishing and trim work
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- General labor tasks
