Part-Time Retail Sales Associate – Carmel, CA
Connie Roberson is seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique in Carmel.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about women's fashion, enjoys building lasting relationships with customers, and takes pride in providing an exceptional shopping experience. Our boutique is known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere, and we are looking for a team member who will contribute to maintaining that positive environment every day.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking someone who is naturally friendly, polished, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping women feel confident through personalized styling and outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer warmly and provide exceptional, personalized service.
- Build relationships with both new and returning clients.
- Assist customers with styling, fit, and wardrobe recommendations.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and beautifully merchandised sales floor.
- Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Receive new merchandise, steam garments, replenish displays, and assist with inventory.
- Open and close the store when scheduled.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced boutique while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in women's apparel is required.
- Boutique or luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and polished appearance.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Comfortable using computers and retail POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Position Details:
- Part-time
- 2–3 days per week (approximately 16–24 hours)
- Located in our Carmel boutique
