Overview
We are seeking a competent doctor responsible for treating patients, performing examinations, making referrals and taking daily notes for our personal injury clinic. A well-suited candidate for this position that must have an active license that is in good standing with the State Board. A strong rehabilitation approach is needed as well as being coachable with excellent communication skills. Doctors will NOT be required to market to generate their own patients. New graduates are also encouraged to apply, and paid training is available.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient observations and physical examinations to identify musculoskeletal issues
- Perform detailed patient assessments, including evaluating medical history and current symptoms
- Develop personalized care plans that incorporate chiropractic adjustments, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic techniques
- Manage acute pain episodes effectively through targeted treatment strategies and patient education
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly
- Incorporate medical imaging results into diagnosis and treatment planning when necessary
- Provide ongoing patient care by monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans, and offering advice on occupational health and lifestyle modifications
- Making appropriate referrals to other providers to afford patient's comprehensive care
Skills
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic practice
- Proficiency in physical examinations and patient assessment techniques
- Experience with pain management strategies, including trigger point therapy and acute pain management methods
- Ability to observe patient conditions carefully and respond with appropriate interventions
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques used in diagnosis
- Skilled in developing effective care plans tailored to individual needs
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly and empathetically
- Efficient and timely documentation

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
