Spectrum Matters is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children with autism and their families. The ideal candidate is compassionate about making meaningful change with each child they service, provides a positive learning environment, and has an upbeat personality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, and community based environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plan.
- Follows privacy and HIPAA Regulations and Laws.
- Follows the code of ethics outlined by the BACB.
- Build a rapport with children to make meaningful change in their lives.
- Implement trauma-informed care ABA therapy.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
