The Retail Sales Leader is a senior store associate who leads sales and service execution during assigned shifts. This role models best-in-class customer engagement, supports daily store operations, and helps coach team members on the sales floor.
Core Responsibilities
1. Sales & Service Leadership (Shift-Level)

Leads by example in delivering exceptional customer service

Actively sells, builds customer relationships, and drives add-on sales

Maintains strong product knowledge and shares it with team members

Supports achievement of daily sales and loyalty goals during shifts

Open, close and deposit responsibilities
2. Floor Leadership

Serves as the go-to leader on the floor when management is not present

Communicates daily priorities and keeps the team focused

Helps maintain a positive, energetic selling environment
3. Operational Execution
-
Ensures selling floor and backroom are clean, organized, and stocked during shifts

Accurately completes opening and closing procedures
-
Assists with shipment processing, replenishment, and merchandising tasks

Follows all cash handling and company procedures
4. Peer Coaching & Onboarding Support

Product and marketing knowledge
- Assists in training new team members on service, selling, and operations

Provides real-time coaching and support to peers on the sales floor

Reinforces company standards and expectations through role modeling

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and planning skills as well as effective management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; including, but not limited to, holidays, evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with technology
- Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of sales lead experience preferred
- Computer-based training expertise
