Responsibilities:

Answer and handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls.

Schedule and route daily service appointments for technicians.

Build and maintain customer relationships.
-
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and conflict resolution.

Provide administrative support to the office team.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Required:
-
1–2+ years of in-office customer service experience.
-
Strong scheduling, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Experience with routing/mapping (preferred).

Solid phone communication skills.
-
CRM experience (any system).

Comfortable with computers and technology.

Ability to handle high call volume.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Willingness to learn and adapt to constant change.
