Located in the heart of wynwood, our restaurant provides an energetic fun experience with entertainment and events often. In this role, you will be at the heart of creating memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant or catering environment. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and satisfied with every visit. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, taking orders, and addressing inquiries to ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain quick and exceptional cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations through regular cleaning and bussing duties
- Serve food and beverages, when needed, efficiently while adhering to food handling safety standards and restaurant protocols
- Support kitchen staff by assisting with food prep, plating, and restocking supplies as needed
- Handle customer requests promptly and professionally to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with catering setups, breakdowns, and special event support to ensure seamless service delivery
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, bussing tables, and serving in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards within the food industry
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests
- Experience working in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in busy situations
- Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences
