Evolution Group is a New York–based interior remodeling company specializing in high-end residential renovation projects. We deliver premium kitchen, bathroom, and full-apartment renovations, combining design, construction, and project management to create exceptional spaces for our clients.
We are a fast-growing company looking for a strong, results-driven professional who can help us expand our client base, drive sales, and grow our brand presence online.
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: New York (primarily in-office)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company social media accounts with strong visual and strategic content.
- Conduct cold and warm calls to generate leads and drive sales.
- Develop business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Craft effective social media strategies based on platform algorithms on Instagram.
- Convert leads into paying clients through strong communication and consistent follow-up.
- Identify partnership opportunities and new channels for business growth.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track client interactions.
- Work directly with company leadership on business development strategy.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Experience in managing social media accounts with a focus on growth and engagement.
- Understanding of Instagram algorithms and digital marketing.
- Ability to multitask between sales calls and creative content production.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
- Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in construction, interior design, luxury services, or real estate is a strong plus.
