Responsibilities:

Prospect and open new accounts through a mix of inside and outside sales activity

Learn each client's hiring problem well enough to recommend the right solution

Demonstrate our products and services to decision makers

Close new business and hit your number, month after month

Keep your accounts happy so they renew and refer

Watch your market and bring back the opportunities others miss
Requirements:

At least one year of proven sales ability with results you can speak to

Experience running both inside and outside calls

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Disciplined time management and the ability to run your own day

Comfort with CRM and sales software
-
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
