Position Overview:
As a Event Set-Up and Delivery Crew you will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing event materials, and ensuring timely delivery to various event venues.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming event materials in the warehouse.
- Prepare event materials such as furniture, decor items, and equipment for upcoming events.
- Ensure all items are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use according to event specifications.
- Safely operate company vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport event materials to designated venues.
- Conduct thorough inspections of event materials before loading and upon delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required by event schedules.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
