Five Star is looking for friendly, reliable Servers to join our team in Madison!
As a Server, you will provide friendly and efficient service, take customer orders, serve food and beverages, process payments, and help maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
We are looking for people with a positive attitude who enjoy working with customers and can stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Pay: $12.00/hour + Tips
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience
- Process cash and credit card payments using our POS system
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Keep tables, dining areas, and server stations clean and organized
- Assist with takeout orders when needed
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Work closely with kitchen and other team members during busy periods
Requirements
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred, but not required
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
