Role Overview
BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our client's distribution team in Roseville, Minnesota. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management, or distribution environments.
In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately storing products, preparing customer orders, processing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining quality and accuracy while meeting production and shipping deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately store products within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Label, meter, and process packages using various freight and shipping systems.
- Process customer orders using the ERP system.
- Prepare daily shipping activities to support next-day deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow established warehouse procedures and work instructions.
- Support divisional initiatives and additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- Maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily operations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing and shipping orders.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to process orders using an ERP system.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Ability to comply with facility safety policies and dress code requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, distribution, or inventory experience.
- Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Experience with order fulfillment, packaging, and freight processing.
- Knowledge of quality and safety procedures within a warehouse environment.
Work Environment
This position is performed in a warehouse and distribution environment and requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving products throughout the shift. Candidates must follow all warehouse safety procedures, quality standards, and dress code requirements while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Dress Code
- Closed-toe shoes are required at all times.
- Long pants are required; shorts are not permitted.
- Pants must be worn at waist level with undergarments not visible.
- Hats of any type are prohibited.
- Hooded sweatshirts are permitted; however, hoods must remain down while working.
- Tank tops and cutoff shirts are not permitted.
- Clothing with offensive words, images, or slogans is prohibited.
- Sunglasses may not be worn on the warehouse floor.
