Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist — Logistics & CFS Warehouse

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or CFS (Container Freight Station) environments and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or CFS warehouse operations required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, vendors, employees, and truck drivers
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong and accurate data-entry skills
- Ability to answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Bilingual candidates preferred, especially Spanish and/or Chinese speakers
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers and vendors with shipment updates and freight availability information
- Answer incoming calls and manage email communications
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain shipment records
- Upload shipment photos, create tallies, and document information in the company system
- Communicate warehouse instructions for devanning and palletizing
- Create invoices and credit memos
- Process and assist drivers with required paperwork at the pickup window
- Coordinate effectively with warehouse personnel, drivers, customers, and vendors
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
