What you’ll do:
- Lead daily operations as Pharmacist-in-Charge
- Oversee and verify compounding, filling, and dispensing
- Counsel patients and collaborate closely with prescribers
- Mentor and direct an experienced technician team
- Uphold Board of Pharmacy & DEA compliance
- Support pharmacy growth with new clinical initiatives
What you’ll bring:
- Kansas Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience or interest in compounding (we’ll train the right person!)
- Strong communication, leadership, and patient-care focus

Pay: $126,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
