The Lotus Room is an established, award-winning massage and wellness studio in Nashville's Hillsboro Village. We're looking for two warm, dependable, hospitality-minded Front Desk Team Members who genuinely enjoy caring for people and creating exceptional guest experiences.
As the first and last person our clients interact with, you'll help set the tone for every visit. If you're organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and take pride in creating a beautiful, welcoming space, we'd love to meet you.
Available Shifts
- Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Applicants must be available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an exceptional first impression
- Check guests in and out of appointments
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling
- Coordinate appointment changes and therapist schedules
- Help clients choose the services and products that best fit their needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and community spaces
- Complete laundry and other daily studio tasks
- Support the team in creating a seamless client experience
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Naturally hospitable and enjoys helping others
- Organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable talking on the phone and communicating clearly
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Able to stay calm and positive during busy periods
- Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
