What We Offer:
- Pay: 30% of gross. Average gross: $14,000 (freight & market dependent) per week

Driver Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A License
- 1+ years of recent OTR experience
- Flatbed experience preferred (training available for qualified drivers)
Responsibilities:
- Operate flatbeds trailers safely and efficiently
- Transport freight across designated routes with on-time delivery
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance and vehicle safety
- Maintain accurate driver logs (HOS, mileage, fuel, routes, cargo)
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, route changes, or delays
- Assist with cargo securement, loading, and unloading as needed
