Inventory Associate
Duties:
- Perform inventory control activities including counting, recording stock levels, slot maintenance, and date rotation.
- Clean and organize the inventory area to ensure a neat and orderly workspace.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies between physical inventory and recorded stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control and loss prevention.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or inventory control is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording stock levels.
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized inventory area.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred but not required.
- Overtime is available and sometimes required.
- Must be able to pass job screening test including but not limited to drug testing for controlled substances.
