Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Crew Lead to lead a lawn Mowing Crew while delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and groundskeeping, along with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Must have Minimum 3 years experience in leading a crew for commercial mowing, mulching, and landscape bed maintenance; previous crew lead experience, and Driver's License with ability to be insured under company insurance
- Must be able to operate and maintain zero turn mowers, string trimmers, leaf blower.
- Dependable: will show up each day on time and be prepared
- Trustworthy: honest and do their job the right way each day or ask questions when they do not know
- Quality focused: those that always want to go above and beyond
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, groundskeeping practices, and landscape design principles.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
