About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Drive Results: Make informed decisions to keep projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Plan and Execute: Develop detailed project plans, integrate technical activities, and manage milestones for successful delivery.
- Problem-Solve and Innovate: Identify challenges early and implement creative, practical solutions to mitigate risks and maintain progress.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing teams, including GCs, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, promoting accountability and collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication across engineering, operations, and client teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Contract and Cost Oversight: Review, recommend, and approve contracts, cost estimates, and change orders with a focus on value and compliance.
- Safety and Compliance: Champion safety standards and enforce best practices across all phases of construction.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to foster trust and ensure project success.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Data Center Construction: Experience with large-scale, mission-critical facilities strongly preferred.
- MEP Expertise: Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Commercial Construction: Proven track record working with general contractors and subcontractors on complex projects.
