Palm Royale Collective is a licensed Medical/Recreational dispensary located in Palm Desert/Cathedral City California. Here at PRC we want to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed all while educating our customers/patients. We live in a very exciting time when it comes to the cannabis industry, so we are eager to have employees who are just as excited, who are looking for continuous growth. We are seeking part-time, with potential full-time bud-tenders. If you think this is something you may be interested in we want to hear from you.

Bud-tender Responsibilities and Duties may include but not limited to:
- Safe/proper cash handling procedures
- Keeping a professional demeanor with employees and managers at all times
- Perform other duties or projects assigned by management. ( Moving inventory, rearranging show room, etc.)
- Be able to handle fast paced environments, not easily stressed.
Qualification and Skills / Requirements:
- Bud-tending experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent Communication
- Multi-task
- Must be able to work weekends/holidays
- Must be 21+ of age
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, edibles, and tinctures
- Starting wage is $16.5/hr, depending on experience. However our budtenders usually make an extra $40-$100 per shift in tips that they take home daily, and we do not pool tips
