integrity, and exceptional customer service. We’re seeking an experienced Master Mechanic to lead advanced diagnostics, mentor technicians, and help maintain our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex mechanical repairs on domestic and import
vehicles
- Accurately diagnose drivability, electrical, and performance issues
- Oversee and support junior technicians; provide mentoring and training
- Ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Master Mechanic certification or equivalent experience required
- ASE Master Certification preferred
-Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
-Proficiency with scan tools, diagnostic software, and shop equipment
-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
