Don’t want to be stuck in a 9–5 office? Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Helper / Delivery & Job Site Assistant! We’re a small, growing construction/remodeling company looking for a dependable, motivated person who wants to work with their hands, learn the construction business, and have an opportunity to grow with the company. No construction experience is required. We’re looking for someone with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Requirements & Duties:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must have your own reliable small pickup truck
- Pickup truck must have current auto insurance
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Must be dependable and show up on time
- Must be willing to learn and follow instructions
- Must be comfortable working at different job sites throughout the Phoenix/East Valley area/Scottsdale areas
- Must be physically able to safely lift and carry construction materials and supplies
- Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Pick up and deliver materials and supplies to job sites, transport tile, setting materials, cabinets, plumbing supplies, tools, and other construction materials
- Load and unload trucks and construction materials
- Make supply-house and hardware-store runs
- Assist crews with basic job-site tasks
- Help with demolition and removal of materials
- Pick up and dispose of construction trash and debris
- Help keep job sites clean and organized
- Assist with other construction-related tasks as needed
