We are a busy tax resolution firm looking for a full-time, sales associates with an energetic personality that enjoys speaking to and helping individuals. The right candidate is outgoing, has a great attitude, and is a self-starter with a great phone presence. This position has excellent potential for advancement within the organization.
What you will do as a Sales Associate:
- Take inbound calls from prospective clients
- Make outbound calls on prospect inquiries that are 100% lead generated - no cold calling!
- Take prospective clients through qualifying process
- Successfully onboard new clients
What will make you successful:
- Preferably 1 year of Customer Service/Sales/Call Center experience
- Great communication skills
- Confident and pleasant phone voice presence
- Active listening skills
- Demonstrate consistent follow-up and organizational qualities
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual is a PLUS!
