We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. No experience necessary! The ideal candidate needs to have a keen eye for detail and a love for nurturing plants. This role involves working outdoors, maintaining gardens, and other green spaces to ensure they are healthy, vibrant, and aesthetically pleasing.
Job Description:
Gardens & More is a well-established garden maintenance company serving over 85 clients throughout Rockport, Aransas Pass, and Port Aransas. We’re looking for a part-time crew member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in helping create and maintain beautiful gardens.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants flexible weekday hours and enjoys physical, hands-on work in peaceful outdoor settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weeding and maintaining garden beds
- Mulching, planting, and other seasonal tasks
- Basic cleanup and debris removal
- Occasionally assisting with small landscape projects
Schedule:
- 20-25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, mostly morning hours
- Flexible schedule based on project needs
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and follow simple instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically able to lift and bend
- repetitive tasks like weeding
