These Machine Operators, General Laborers, and Crate Builders support daily manufacturing operations and help keep production moving efficiently. All Machine Operator, General Laborer, and Crate Builder positions are 90‑day temp‑to‑hire, giving dependable workers a fast path to long‑term stability.
We offer our Machine Op, General Laborer& Crate Builder:
Pay- $14–$28 per hour, depending on position and experience.
Shifts:
- 1st Shift – Option A (4×10)
- Monday–Thursday:
- 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday:
- Overtime available
- 1st Shift – Option B (5×8)
Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:30p Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Crate Builders duties:
- Build wooden crates, skids, and pallets according to specifications and product requirements.
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber using power tools such as saws, nail guns, drills, and staple guns.
- Read and understand build sheets, blueprints, and packing instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Secure products inside crates using bracing, blocking, foam, or protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.
- Inspect finished crates for durability, structural integrity, and quality.
- Use tape measures and rulers to ensure precise measurements.
- Stage completed crates for shipping and assist with loading as needed.
General Laborer's duties:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, products, or equipment.
- Perform basic production tasks, including sorting, staging, packing, or organizing materials.
- Use hand tools or simple power tools as needed to support daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Support machine operators or other departments with material handling and prep work.
- Follow all company safety rules, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs, depending on facility needs.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Welder/Fabrication Duties
- Perform MIG, TIG, and brazing welding processes on materials such as steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and specialty alloys.
- Weld both small components (such as copper plumbing for heat exchangers) and large assemblies (such as pipe coils for power plants and industrial heat exchangers).
- Set up, assemble, fit, and weld metal parts according to engineered drawings, blueprints, and verbal or written instructions.
- Select proper filler materials and welding methods based on job requirements and material type.
Material Operations Clerk Duties:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials — Verify accuracy, quality, and quantities of shipments.
- Organize and store inventory — Maintain a clean, efficient warehouse area with properly labeled materials.
- Deliver materials to production — Ensure the right parts reach the right departments to keep workflow moving.
- Track and update inventory records — Enter transactions, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.
- Perform cycle counts — Assist with routine counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate material‑handling equipment — Use pallet jacks, forklifts, or carts to move materials safely.
- Support purchasing and documentation — Help process requisitions, verify paperwork, and resolve discrepancies.
Maintenance Janitor Duties:
- Clean walls, ceilings, windows, fixtures, lighting, mirrors, signs, fire extinguishers, and safety equipment.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and maintain office workspaces and common areas.
- Clean, sanitize, wash, mop, and restock office and shop‑floor bathrooms.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchens, break areas, and food‑service spaces.
- Clean and maintain all assigned buildings, storage areas, and plant locations.
- Track, restock, and requisition cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Document needs, report issues, and maintain continuity among work teams.
