Monarch Design Group, LLC, is seeking an experienced BIM/Team Designer ready to step into a role focused on detailed architectural production and documentation. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a similar field and have solid proficiency in Revit and BIM software. This entry-level position offers a chance to work under the guidance of senior designers, assisting with the creation of detailed drawings and documentation required for permitting and construction.

As our firm grows, we seek an Architectural Team Leader to direct one of our core design teams. This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of team leadership experience and a background in Architecture or Interior Design. The Team Leader will oversee project workflows, ensure all design deliverables align with client specifications, and maintain project timelines and budgets. Expertise in Revit and a strong grasp of design and construction processes are essential.
Senior Architectural Designer/Project Manager Position
We are also inviting applications for a Senior Architectural Designer, a role designed for an individual with a passion for leadership and extensive project management experience. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Architecture, with 3-7 years of relevant professional experience. Architecture license preferred, but not required. The Senior Designer will lead major projects, manage client relationships, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
