We are currently seeking a dependable and guest-focused Night Auditor to support the overnight operations at a Fairfield Inn hotel. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.
The Night Auditor plays an important role in ensuring smooth hotel operations by assisting guests, completing daily reports, balancing transactions, and preparing the hotel for the next business day.
Pay:
$15 – $16 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:
Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Availability may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on hotel needs.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests during overnight hours
- Greet guests, complete check-ins and check-outs, and assist with guest requests
- Answer phone calls and provide hotel information professionally
- Process reservations, payments, and guest account adjustments
- Complete the nightly audit process and balance daily transactions
- Review reports and prepare information for management and the morning team
- Monitor hotel activity and assist with maintaining a safe environment
- Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Assist with Marriott systems, guest requests, and service standards
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Communicate important updates to the next shift and hotel leadership
- Support other hotel operations as needed during overnight hours
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Experience with Marriott systems is a plus but not required
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle guest situations professionally and calmly
- Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete reports accurately
- Must be available to work overnight shifts
Employment Type:
This position is offered through 405 Luxe Staffing, a hospitality staffing agency. Workers are hired as independent contractors, and compensation will be reported via 1099 form at the end of the year.
