Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities
- Interact with clients by answering phone calls promptly, responding to emails within a timely manner.
- Answer inbound calls that come into our sales center.
- Follow an outlined script and advertise our services via phone calls to interested customers in a manner that is professional and honest.
- Research and familiarize yourself with services to sell confidently.
- Work with team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with other company departments to provide an excellent well-rounded customer experience.
- Properly document each sales task in CRM to provide accurate information on updates and follow-ups.
- Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Required:
- Ability to work in office (this is not a remote position)
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate customer issues
- Previous customer service experience
