Café Arcana is a brand-new café concept opening inside The UnCommoner, a boutique waterfront hotel in West Yarmouth. Designed as a **tarot-inspired, immersive coffee experience**, Café Arcana blends high-quality coffee with a fun, creative, and unique atmosphere.
Located alongside Gypsy Sol, our elevated small plates restaurant, this space offers guests a **one-of-a-kind experience**—from morning coffee service to a vibrant social environment throughout the day.
We’re looking for **Baristas** who bring energy, personality, and a passion for hospitality to help bring this concept to life.
The Role
We are hiring **Baristas at all levels**—whether you have experience or are new to coffee but eager to learn.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys **fast-paced environments, guest interaction, and being part of a creative concept**. You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they walk in.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages with consistency and quality
- Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the café
- Handle orders, payments, and guest interactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist with stocking, prep, and daily café operations
* Contribute to the overall vibe and energy of a **fun, immersive environment**
What We’re Looking For
- Barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
