About the Role:
The Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the customer service process, ensuring the efficient handling of new tickets, inspections, repairs, material orders, and communication with builders. This role is essential in supporting the production team and managing the entire workflow from ticket creation to job closure.
Responsibilities:
- Ticket management - working with multiple builder sites to pull new tickets. Review and schedule inspections or repairs.
- Communication with builders, customers, subcontractors and field teams.
- Scheduling field teams, subcontractors, etc to meet repair schedules.
- Order management - order entry, ordering materials, managing orders through the close out process to make sure billable work is completed and paid.
- Vendor claims - working with vendors when there is a manufacturer issue.
- Assisting production as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a coordination role (preferably in the construction, flooring, or home improvement industry).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with RFMS or other job management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-moving scenarios.
- Ability to adapt and maintain a customer-first mindset in all situations.
