JOB SUMMARY:
Youth Development and Preschool Director Apprenticeship Internship is training for entry-level Education Administration Leadership, Education and Human Development and Early Childhood Education. This position is a training pathway for leadership in managing Education Youth Development and Preschool programs. The Apprentices are trained in the duties and responsibilities and to act as educational program director and will be responsible for day to day operations of centers, administrative and curriculum teams. This position requires assisting with the streamlining of students and families into the preschool and center programs, monitoring of a comprehensive quality assurance programming that is data-driven. Maintain day to day administrative operation of quality assurance Department of Education and Care coordination of preschool and centers community-based healthcare programs, compliance with funding resources, collecting data, monitoring compliance of companies’ policies, procedures, protocols, implementing strategic initiatives and analyzing benchmark key performance indicators. As team lead on assessing center programs needs and best practices. Ensure that all staff complies with policies & procedures for medical necessity and services specification. Coordinates with youth’s parents or caretakers to provide parent training and as part of a multidisciplinary team including both professional and paraprofessional staff. Also works with Master and Doctor level clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary team including both professional and paraprofessional staff. Assist with other related duties as directed by clinic programs Quality Assurance needs.
