Job Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance leader to make a direct impact in a highly automated medical device manufacturing environment. As the Sr. Supervisor, Maintenance Operations at Insulet's Irvine facility, you will lead a team of skilled technicians responsible for maintaining and improving advanced production equipment and facility systems, driving equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence. The role offers hands-on leadership, involvement in capital upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives, and the chance to develop high-performing teams while leveraging expertise in automation, troubleshooting, Lean principles, and manufacturing operations. The Sr Supervisor, Maintenance Operations will lead a team of maintenance/machine technicians to support the business objectives of Insulet’s manufacturing plant located in Irvine, CA. This position will be the owner of the plant’s equipment and facility maintenance programs in addition to being an integral part of the plant’s safety committee.
M anage s a team of maintenance technicians including but not limited to setting daily priorities, establishing responsibilities, performance evaluations, professional development, ensuring production coverage during absence requests, etc.
D rive c ontinuous improvement of safety programs, maintenance programs, troubleshooting process , and machine performance.
Participate a s a member of the Safety Committee . Own select/assigned safety program s and take an active role in ensur ing compliance with OSHA regulations , accident prevention, accident investigation, safety training, and compliance with environmental rules and regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $83,500.00 - $125,200.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
