Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Nissan vehicles
- Explain vehicle features, warranties, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, and emails
- Maintain knowledge of current Nissan models, features, and promotions
- Negotiate pricing and close sales in accordance with dealership policies
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and dealership events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
