Lead month-end and year-end close processes

Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness

Manage banking relationships, lender reporting, and debt compliance

Direct budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

Partner with ownership on financial strategy and business performance

Oversee insurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance

Coordinate tax planning and filings with external CPA partners

Develop reporting and analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making

7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience

Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Experience managing banking relationships and lending requirements

Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and drive business growth
