Part Time Property Grounds and Maintenance Person (Fond du Lac)
Local landlord needs part time help and assistance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9am until 2pm each day with extra set of hands, other times to work independently. Property grounds and maintenance and more at a multi unit storage and rental facility on the South side of Fond du Lac. All materials, tools, equipment provided for. Job will include tasks in the following areas with training provided as needed.
Mowing, Trimming, Spaying, Sharpening, Greasing and Lubing, Painting, Plumbing, Lighting, Trenching, Piping, Siding, Venting, Measuring, Cutting, Drilling, Screwing, Fastening, Nailing, Banding, Stapling, Lifting, Bending, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Sorting, Organizing, Trashing, Cleaning, Driving, Hauling, Towing, Winching, Strapping, Rigging, Material Processing, Labeling, Material Handling, Grading, Taking Inventory, Photographing, Printing, Listing, Planning, Communicating.
I know this may seem like a lot, but you wouldn't need all these skills as training will be provided.
