About Fluencerr
Fluencerr helps local businesses grow through creator-powered marketing and customer-generated content. We connect restaurants, bars, and local businesses with creators while building systems that turn everyday customers into brand advocates.
We’re looking for a creative, motivated Content Creator & Brand Ambassador to help document our journey, create engaging social media content, and showcase local businesses using the Fluencerr platform.
What You’ll Do
- Visit local restaurants, bars, and businesses throughout the Tampa Bay area
- Capture high-quality photo and video content using an iPhone or camera
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Help develop Fluencerr’s brand presence and storytelling
- Participate in content planning, creative brainstorming, and content strategy discussions
- Work closely with the Fluencerr team to develop content concepts and campaign ideas
- Coordinate schedules for content shoots, creator visits, business activations, and events
- Occasionally attend business meetings, creator events, launches, and community activations
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for social media, content creation, and marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form content trends
- Comfortable filming in public and interacting with local businesses
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate closely with a growing team
Bonus Qualifications
- Previous content creation experience
- Photography or videography experience
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Marketing, communications, business, or media studies background
- Personal social media portfolio
