- Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients and nurturing existing accounts through effective negotiation and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate sales administration records, including customer details, transaction logs, and follow-up schedules.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases more effectively.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Prior experience in sales administration or benefits administration enhances your ability to manage client information efficiently.
