Job Summary
We are seeking an talented Creative Director to lead a dynamic project to shape the visual identity of our new client brand across multiple platforms. In this role you will help create a visual identity and deliver a full creative toolbox that will influence the development of multiple websites, social media creative, and more. This position will collaborate with strategists, designers, and client partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive visual strategies aligned with marketing goals, brand identity, and audience engagement objectives.
- Oversee the creation of digital designs and branding materials using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and graphic design software like Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and budgets; coordinating with the creative team and account managers.
- Foster cross-functional communication to ensure cohesive branding efforts across all departments; present concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or Art Director with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, print advertising, and web design.
- Extensive knowledge of graphic design principles including brand design, layout design, color theory, and logo design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, InVision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale creative projects from concept through execution while leading diverse teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies combined with professional art or design experience; experience in managing cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and collaborating seamlessly across departments; leadership experience managing graphic design or art teams is essential.
- Must be located in the greater San Francisco Bay area.
Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
