Job Title: Line Cook/Cashier- 30 hours a week

Position Overview: We’re looking for enthusiastic team members for our Line Cook/Cashier position!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble bowls, salads, sandwiches and tacos with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Complete shift administration and banking tasks.
- Monitor food preparation methods, recipes, and portion sizes to ensure quality.
- Ensure compliance with health department regulations.
- Conduct regular checks to keep the store fully stocked and presentable.
- Communicate effectively with the back-of-house team for inventory needs.
- Perform line tastings to maintain food quality.
- Address guest concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Provide coaching to team members on proper procedures.
- Take orders on POS with accuracy and a positive attitude
- Expedite To-Go and Dine-In orders
- Ensure the front of house maintains a welcoming atmosphere and operates seamlessly.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
- Familiarity with food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
