We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) Yard Crew / Material Handler to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Load and unload materials using forklift while adhering to safety standards.
- Operate heavy machinery to move large or bulky items safely within the yard.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized yard by sorting materials, stacking pallets, and managing inventory locations efficiently.
- Support warehouse supervisors by coordinating daily activities, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials handling roles.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts confidently and safely.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse team members and Customers
- Experience in construction environments or with construction materials is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining proper ergonomics.
